Las Vega

Well we got back from Las Vegas yesterday afternoon.  I can honestly say we haven't been this tired in a long time.  As I said in my last post that I would be posting some from Vegas.  Well I was wrong.  I had nothing but the intentions of doing this until we got to our room.  As soon as we got to our room I changed my mind.  The Palms Place did not have a free wifi policy like most hotels.  Instead they had a $15 per day wife usage price.  That was ridiculous if I must say.  The room was very plush and modern.  I would recommend the Palms Place to anyone if it wasn't for the fact that they did not stand there word.  We were supposed to get a $75 resort credit instead we only got $50.  Granted we did not recognize they screwed us until yesterday afternoon on the flight home.  We were so tired from having to get up so damn early to catch our flight out that we flat out just missed the foul up.  Other wise it was a great weekend.  Carnevino was the best dining experience I have ever had in my life.  The food was impeccable.  I started with the Beef Carpacio  which just melt in your mouth delicious.  Alyssa started with the arugula salad.  The salad was the simplest salad and the best salad we've ever had.  We both had the 8 oz filet.  I had mine cooked to rare and Alyssa had hers medium with a beet salad.  The steaks were amazing.  We also had a 2008 SuperTuscan wine which was a blend of 5 different varietals per the Sommelier.  I forgot the producer but will do my best to find the name and put up a image of it.  It was  a $65 bottle of wine.  You can most likely find it for around $25-$30 outside of a restaurant.  We also went and saw Blue Man Group and Zumanity.  Blue Man Group was terrible.  It completely lost my attention after 15 minutes and I fell asleep.  It may have done that because I was exhausted but who know.  Zumanity was the best Cirque show I have ever seen.  It was erotic and had every aspect of a Cirque show.  Not to mention it was cheaper that BMG and our seats were way better.  Other than the SNAFU at Palms Place it was an amazing trip.

QOTD:  Whats the best live show you've ever seen?
